Auch dieses Jahr finden wieder Hochschulwahlen statt. Hier ist alles, was ihr wissen müsst. Zuerst beantworten wir die wichtigsten Fragen zur Wahl und dann bekommt ihr einen Überblick über die Kandidat*innen, die sich in Texten vorstellen.

Infos zur Wahl

Warum wählen?
Ihr unterstützt eure Fachschaft, die sich dadurch besser für eure Wünsche und Interessen im Zuge der Hochschulpolitik einsetzen kann, denn eine hohe Wahlbeteiligung legitimiert eure Vertreter*innen. Mehr darüber.

Wer darf wählen?
Alle Hauptfach-Studierenden sind wahlberechtigt.

Wie und Wann?
Vom 27. Juni 2023, 12 Uhr – 29. Juni 2023, 12 Uhr. Die Stimmabgabe wird wieder als Online-Wahl stattfinden. Eure Wahlbenachrichtigung sowie Informationen zur elektronischen Stimmabgabe findet ihr im LMU Wahlportal.

Wer wird gewählt?
Die Studierendenvertretung eurer Fachschaft für die Amtszeit vom 01.10.2023 bis 30.09.2024. Unten werden die Kandidaten*innen vorgestellt.

Ansonsten gilt: Je höher die Wahlbeteiligung, umso größer ist unser aller Einfluss in der Hochschulpolitik und umso besser können eure Interessen vertreten werden!

Amin Aouragh, 4. Semester – Bachelor

Hey, mein Name ist Amin. Ich bin schon letztes Jahr zur Wahl angetreten und bin euer 1. Fachschaftsvertreter im Konvent der Fachschaften und 2. stellvertretender Fachschaftssprecher geworden.
Mein Ziel ist es vor allem, die Fachschaft für euch so attraktiv und offen wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich will, dass ihr das Gefühl habt, dass wir uns für eure Interessen einsetzen und ihr mit uns eure Projekte und Probleme angehen könnt.
Kommt zu mir, wenn ihr was braucht.

Akihiro Tokamura, 2. Semester – Bachelor

Hallo! Mein Name ist Akihiro und ich studiere im zweiten Semester des Bachelor Philosophie. Ich habe Erfahrungen mit dem Studium in Japan gemacht, wo es keine Fachschaft gibt. Es funktioniert natürlich, aber die Selbstorganisation der Studierenden in Deutschland, die das Interesse anderer Studierender einbezieht, ist etwas Besonderes. Diese Idee der Fachschaft habe ich bewundert.
Die verschiedenen Projekte wie das Ersti-Wochenende, S2S-Talks, die Sommerakademie und die Berufsperspektiven zielen darauf ab, das Philosophiestudium in allen Semestern zu bereichern. Außerdem bemühen wir uns, den Fachschaftsraum für alle Studierenden offen zu halten. Als Teil der Fachschaft bin ich immer für euch da!

Julius Eder, 4. Semester – Bachelor

Universität ist ein Raum zu lernen. Aber noch viel mehr: Universität ist ein Ort des Zusammenseins, des Austauschs und des Diskurs', der möglichst inklusiv zugänglich sein sollte. Dafür möchte ich mich auch im nächsten Jahr als Fachschaftsvertreter einsetzen.

Luna Lidl, 10. Semester – Bachelor

Bei der Hochschulwahl geht es dieses Jahr ums Ganze, also um alle beteiligten Teile, weil alle, die aufgestellt sind auch gewählt werden werden. Das heißt, ob ihr wählt oder nicht, der Ausgang steht fest, allerdings, wenn ihr wählt, dann werdet ihr garantiert im nächsten Hochschuljahr durch eure gewählten Vertreter*innen vertreten werden. Wer hingegen nicht wählt, unterwirft sich dem Determinismus. Und das ist voll der beta male move...

Karla Weingarten, 2. Semester – Master

Hallo! Ich bin Karla und studiere im 2. Mastersemester Logik und Wissenschaftsphilosophie.
Ein Philosophiestudium besteht nicht nur aus Seminaren und Hausarbeiten, es lebt von Interaktion der Studierenden und Dozierenden unter- und miteinander.
Mit der Organisation von Meisterkursen, Student to Student-Talks oder Veranstaltungen zu verschiedenen Karrierewegen leistet die Fachschaft einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu, dass Studierende das universitäre Leben aktiv mitgestalten und einen Blick in die Philosophie über den Hörsaal hinaus bekommen können.
Als gewählte Vertreterin möchte ich die Möglichkeiten zu Mitgestaltung und Teilhabe auch auf universitärer Ebene weiter ausbauen und so den Horizont eures Studiums erweitern.

Stefan Reifberger, 4. Semester – Master

Hey, ich bin Stefan. Du kannst Dein Studium in der Philosophie bereits individuell gestalten aber ich glaube da geht mehr:

• ECTS für Deine Themen. Relevante Veranstaltungen aus anderen Fakultäten sollten für ein BA-WP-Modul anerkannt werden.
• Deinem Forschungsinteresse folgen. In den S2S-Talks der Fachschaft kannst Du Deine eigenen Forschungsprojekte präsentieren. Für dieses Projekt werde ich mich weiter einsetzen.
• Bildung ohne Paywall. In der TUM sind Studiengebühren bis zu 6000 Euro für Studierende außerhalb von EU/EWR eingeführt worden. Sollte die LMU solche Gebühren planen, würde ich mich mit anderen Vertreter*innen dagegen einsetzen.nach oben

University elections will be held again this year! Here is everything you need to know. First, we will answer all the essential questions on the election and then provide an overview of the candidates who present themselves in texts.

Information on the Election

Why vote?
You support your student council, which can then better advocate for your wishes and interests because a high voter turnout legitimizes your representatives. Read more.

Who can vote?
Every philosophy major is entitled to vote.

How and when?
From 27th June 2023, 12 noon, to 29th June 2023, 12 noon. Voting will take place for the first time as an online election. Your election notification, as well as information on electronic voting can be found at the LMU election portal.

Who is elected?
The student representatives of your student council for the term of office from 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024. On our social media channels, the candidates will be presented.

Otherwise, the higher the voter turnout, the greater the influence we all have in university politics, and the better your interests can be represented!

Amin Aouragh, 4th Semester – Bachelor

Hey, I'm Amin. I was already elected 1st representative in the convent of student councils and 2nd representative of the philosophy student council itself.
My goal is to make the student council as appealing and open to all of you as possible. I want you to know that I want to help you address your problems and realize your projects. You can come to me for anything.

Akihiro Tokamura, 2nd Semester – Bachelor

Hello! My name is Akihiro, and I'm in my second semester of the Bachelor's program in Philosophy. I have experience studying in Japan, where there is no student council. It works, of course, but the self-organization of students in Germany, which involves the interests of other students, is something special. I admired this idea of the student council.
The various projects such as the Freshers' Weekend, S2S-Talks, the Summer Academy, and the Career Perspectives aim to enrich the study of philosophy in all semesters. Additionally, we strive to keep the student council room open to all students. As part of the student council, I'm always here for you!

University is a place dedicated for learning. But it's a lot more: University is a space for meeting others, for exchange of ideas and for debate which should be as inclusive as possible. Trying to keep it this way will also be my priority during my next year as a representative.

Karla Weingarten, 2nd Semester – Master

Hello! I'm Karla, a first-year master’s student studying Logic and Philosophy of Science.
A philosophy degree not only consists of seminars and homework but thrives on interaction of students and lecturers among and with each other. By organizing master classes, student to student talks, or events on diverse career prospects, the student council makes an important contribution to ensuring that students can actively shape university life and get a glimpse of philosophy beyond the lecture hall.
As an elected representative, I would like to further expand the opportunities for student participation at university level and thus broaden the horizons of your studies.

Stefan Reifberger, 4th Semester – Master

Hey, I am Stefan. You can already study philosophy in Munich individually, but I believe more is possible:

• Earning credits for what interests you. Relevant courses from other faculties should be recognized as elective in the bachelor's.
• Following your research interests. In the S2S-Talks organized by the student association, you can present your own research projects. I will continue to support you in this project.
• Education without a paywall. At TUM, tuition fees up to 6000 euros have been introduced for students from outside the EU/EEA. If LMU intends to introduce such fees, I would oppose them along with other representatives.
